Product Description

Mini DIY Battery Spot Welder Pen for 18650 Cells

This mini integrated spot welder pen is designed for DIY battery assembly projects involving 18650 cells and similar applications.

Operating Specifications

The welder operates on 4-12V. Normal operating current is approximately 700A. The unit will burn if voltage is exceeded.

Features

The welder includes one-key switch operation, automatic shutdown when not in use, and pulse time adjustment across four gears.

Variants and Dimensions

Type A includes a needle without thread and measures 18 × 23 × 4 cm, weighing 120 g. Type B includes wire, copper nose, and solder pin, with red and black wires each half a meter, and measures 18 × 23 × 4 cm, weighing 140 g.

Compatibility and Usage Notes

The welder can be connected to lead-acid batteries above 20A, and can also be used on aeromodelling batteries, car emergency power supplies, or 2-string super farad capacitors. Type A requires self-welding wires and spot welding pins. Do not hold capacitors and batteries in hand during use. Do not connect to excessive voltage or use excessive current, as this will burn the power tube. Test the product on the day of receipt; the power tube is not guaranteed to be returned if burned out.
