Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing PadHome, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not impersonate another person or create an account using misleading information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
• Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products and Availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurately. Product appearance may vary depending on screens, manufacturing changes, supplier updates, or other factors. Availability may change without notice.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on PadHome may change before an order is submitted. Applicable shipping, taxes, fees, discounts, and promotions will be shown during the purchase process where relevant. Payment processing may be provided by independent payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or obvious errors. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be handled according to the applicable payment and order circumstances.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping times can be affected by carriers, fulfillment partners, customs, destination requirements, product availability, weather, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligibility for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations is subject to the policies and conditions presented by PadHome for the relevant purchase. Certain products or circumstances may have different requirements where permitted by applicable law.

8. Deals, Bundles, Discounts, and Free Gifts

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including qualifying products, minimum quantities, eligible destinations, availability, start and end dates, or purchase limits.

• Deals and promotional offers may not always be combined.
• Free gifts may require qualifying purchases and remain subject to availability.
• Bundle pricing applies only to the bundle and conditions displayed for that offer.
• We may correct or withdraw a promotion containing an obvious technical or pricing error.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse PadHome. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Introducing malware, automated abuse, or harmful code.
• Interfering with website operation, security, or other users.
• Using the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

PadHome branding, website design, original text, graphics, software, and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without permission except where permitted by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

PadHome may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, authentication providers, shipping services, suppliers, or external websites. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error, interruption, or third-party service issue can be prevented.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PadHome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of the website, inability to access it, or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Any governing law or dispute requirements that apply to a particular transaction may depend on the parties, location, and applicable legal rules.
